Just picked up a water-less shampoo and first aid supplies. Been coming into this store for over 6 years. In my personal experience, I have always received top quality dog treats / toys / food. But most importantly, my family (pets included of course) and I have always been treated extremely professionally by all the employees. They make it so pleasant to keep coming back.

The store is brite, very clean and has no weird smells. The only problem I have with Petco is that when I need advice. They send the store manager to the fish area !!! This is the second store that I visited and the “manager” talked me out of what I was going to buy. Straight to something that I had to return. Follow your instincts and make your own decisions

Petco Indio’s grooming salon is a joke. I brought in my 14-year-old, 15 lb white terrier mix a dog who’s been coming here for years with a vet-issued medical exemption for the rabies vaccine. Desiree, the “grooming specialist,” took one look and basically acted like he was foaming at the mouth. She flat-out refused to trim his nails, claiming she was “uncomfortable” and thought he might have rabies. Not only is that wildly unprofessional, it’s ignorant his exemption is legal and documented. Desiree couldn’t even explain herself, wouldn’t look me in the eye, and clearly has zero training in both dog handling and basic customer service. I waited for the salon manager who was supposed to show up at 11 AM but surprise: no one showed up. I gave them until 11:30 before walking out. No help. No

Super wings are all moldy and are dead the some of the superworms were in the refrigerator and they're not supposed to be be taken care of by temperature wise of the tank Petco didn't care the temperatures the ball python had no water and it was way too hot for a snake like that the geckos were in the right substrate and or we're looking for you know humidity and they didn't have none the enclosure was too hot and I got a baby bearded dragon that is got way too to get away from its moment so soon to get sold in pet store I'm surprised it's the size of my middle finger hope to hear from you

Indio Petco dog trainer Ricky. Very impressed with her calmness. Each session I learned something new to work with my “Reign” on. From the first session with Ricky’s guidance Reign could sit, lay down and come by command. The results are priceless.
