Stopped by to check out the fish and some treats for my dog. I was greeted by the cashier as I entered in such a friendly and approachable manner which I really appreciated. I asked for help to purchase a fish and the cashier let me know that it was just him at the time if I could wait just a little bit for him to finish helping the guests in line. I said yes I could since I wasn't in a rush either way. I browsed in the meantime and sure and behold he returned to help me retrieve my new pet fish from their holding tank. He packaged it in the clear bag and we walked back together to check out. He answered all my questions and even recommended some items to better my aquarium which I really appreciated so thank you! I've returned to shop because of this enjoyable experience.

Everyone is so helpful and when you have a question they (better sit down) actually have an answer!!! Our Remy loves to go there and pick out his own treat.

I was at the Petco Store on Adams Avenue in Huntington Beach this morning to pick up my online order. I walked into the checkout area and saw a young man. He stared at me and asked, "What are you here for?' Very authoritarian the way he stared at me and the way he asked. Employees at the store normally just ask, "Can I help you?" but not this guy. I'm Asian and maybe that is how he always looks and talks to minority people. Very unfriendly the way he looked at me and the way he asked the question. I told him I was here to pick up an online order. His reply was, "doordash or online?" Maybe he thinks I'm a doordash person, not a customer. He searched and found my order. He came over and handed me my order when I was trying to open the email on my phone so I could show him the online order em

Nice caring staff and veterinarians. Take time to explain and do thev examination. Never feel rushed. The team always makes sure when you understand everything before you leave. Highly recommend

We always have the best experience here, and this visit was no different. I brought my husky, Ghost, for updated vaccines, a wellness checkup, and to address a few concerns. The entire staff is amazing every time we visit. Brooke is always incredibly friendly and kind, and Ghost feels completely comfortable with her whenever she takes him back. Dr. O’Connor is outstanding! He’s thorough, explains everything in detail, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Ghost received exceptional care from Dr. O’Connor and the team, as always. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely continue coming here. Thank you, Dr. O’Connor and staff, for everything!
