Great experience at Petco! I took my dog Blue for his shots, and everything went smoothly. The veterinary staff was very patient and gentle with him, which made the visit stress-free for both of us. We were also able to take advantage of a great promotion — a free toy when you spend over $50, which was a nice bonus! This level of care and customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

They had a good variety of The Honest Kitchen dog food that I had wanted for my dog. I wish I could say the same about the Petco closest to me. The workers are very nice and knowledgeable and the register ran smoothly.

We had the absolute best experience at Petco thanks to Adriana! She is hands down the best dog trainer and was amazing with my dog, Rocky. Adriana was so kind, incredibly insightful, and made the entire training process feel seamless and stress-free. She truly took the time to understand Rocky and gave us tools that actually worked. Huge shoutout to Adriana — we loved working with her and couldn’t recommend her enough!

DO NOT place an order from this location. They took my order and my money but never delivered it. I placed an order on January 16th for two goldfish, and today is January 28th—still nothing. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. Every time I contact them, I get a different explanation from a different agent, and follow-ups are mostly ignored. They keep blaming a third-party delivery vendor and say they’re “waiting for the storm to calm down” so deliveries can resume. It’s been nearly two weeks—how long does it take to prepare for a storm? There’s zero accountability and no urgency to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.

This customer service at this location is great. I buy my dogs food & essentials here. The store is not that big so sometimes I can’t buy what I’m looking for. Overall it’s a great store
