This rating specifically pertains to Jacquie in the Grooming Department. Jacquie does an AMAZING job with our dog Libby (Yorkshire Terrier). Libby always comes home looking so cute after her grooming appointment. Jacquie is so attentive and patient with Libby. I am so, so happy we found her! Also, sign up for the Vital Care program. We have saved a TON of grooming and food with this program. And if you sign up for automatic delivery, you save even more! It took a few tries to get the right interval, but now it arrives on a perfect schedule and we don't have to worry about running out of dog food or making trips to the pet store. You can pause or change the delivery frequency any time you like!

If your dog is on any medications, call first to see if Petco will even take them for grooming. There are some medications with potential side effects that Petco doesn't not want to be responsible for, which is fair, but this info is not readily available for pet owners. Don't do what I did and get turned away from your appointment three days before a holiday because you tried to answer the groomer's questions honestly. Petco corporate should have this info on their website/app to avoid wasting everyone's time. I would actually recommend avoiding Petco entirely (hence the one star rating) because this is annoying. I give three stars. I love this store however the store associates are not very interactive with customers or at least when I go in at night after work which is around 7/8 to get my dogs food those associates are very quiet. They Don't seem very happy. But overall the store is clean seems well maintained.

Always went to this place about five minutes before closing due to work schedule, and they were always happy to stay and ring me up through the register

Went back to get a clearance dog lamp chop when the $10 was going to be authorized to be used. Drove there, it was all on clearance two days before with red stickers, got there and they removed all the clearance stickers sone orange left behind!! Frustrating Bad business - not on sale!
