The man that helped me was nice it took me awhile to decide what hamster I wanted patience is everything he was very nice the first girl walked away when I couldn't decide I wish I knew his name he really helped me I felt deserted by the other employee I will be back

Another grooming and my baby came out looking very good very snuggly. Nicole at Petco in Holyoke does a very good job and they love the pets. My pups likes to go there as much as h likes walks

Every time I come here I’m always greeted and asked if I need help. This store always has what I need for my puppy and more! Organized, clean, and easy to find what I’m looking for .I highly recommend their grooming services and their dog trainer. This is my go-to Petco store.

Wanted the 3.5 lb. Blue blissful Belly cat food, none to be found. No worries, we opted for replacing the 11 lb. bag we bought a short time ago. As I picked up the bag I caught the "Best By" date of Feb 2025. The next bag was not much better. The clerk did not seem concerned (I'll have to look for it later}, I would have taken the 60 seconds to verify a customer concern. The worst part was when I got home and checked our previous bag it has a Best Buy date of 2024 SEP 01. My fault for not looking at the date before my earlier purchase a few months ago.

Could someone please make a more comfortable cage for the 699.00 parrot named Venus in your store. That poor bird was falling over because her feet were getting caught in the stupid floor she to walk on. I'm a bird lover and that made me very sad. The parakeets have a much better home. Thank you
