Petco Grooming

I have 2 very large dogs. We’ve been turned away by mobile groomers and another salon because of their size. Nicole came highly recommended by a friend so we booked with her. When I picked my two dainty fragile flowers (haha) they looked amazing!!! I am so happy I’ve made the decision to book with her consistently! Nicole is fabulous!!!!

Patrick was wonderful. I've never had dogs groomed before he walked me trough everything and suggested cuts and even listened when I said its probably easier to cut out the mats on my longer haired dog. He said both were well behaved. I was so glad. We definitely will be back.

Groomer Nicole was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Nicole did a great job making our energetic little 6mo old pup's first professional grooming experience a great one. She made our pup clean and beautiful while also ensuring that our pup (and us) were as calm and comfortable as possible throughout the experience. Our little one's fur smells great and feels soft, her nails are trimmed and smooth, and her ears are perfectly clean. Our little one also left with a goodie bag of fancy treats for behaving so well during her appointment.Thanks for being gentle, patient, and thorough Nicole! We'll be back again soon!

The availability at the Holyoke Petco grooming is appreciated, and Patrick there is amazing. My dog always looks and smells great, his teeth and ears are clean, and his nails are trimmed just right. Not only does he do a great job with my dog, but he also makes us feel like regulars (which we are), remembering Okemo and myself every time. He also does something for me- he tells me he's always happy to see Okemo, and that Okemo does a good job with him there. This is an extra step that puts me at ease and helps make a great experience. Can't get in to another spot for 6 weeks? Give Petco Holyoke a shot!

Patrick is fantastic with my dog, Sasha,who gets very nervous riding in the car, as soon as he takes over she settles right down. We get the works every few weeks and have a great experience every time!
