Petco

Was amazing. I went to Petco at Holly Springs North Carolina and there was a person there that really helped me out a lot. She saw me looking for stuff and she asked if she could help me and she actually picked a great food for my dog. I unfortunately, don’t remember her name. I know she had bright colored hair and maybe some piercings. I’m not sure but she was pretty young and thin and very informative. And super friendly! Reminded me of myself when I was that age! Please if you figure out who she is please give her recognition and a raise!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mike, the manager, for the exceptional customer service he provided. He personally addressed my concerns about my dog’s grooming and truly went above and beyond to make sure my dog had a positive experience in the store. As someone new to the area, I also appreciated the helpful guidance he shared about Vetco. I felt heard, valued, and reassured throughout the entire interaction. Thanks to Mike’s professionalism and care, they have gained a customer for life.

They have my all time favorite litter and its a hard one to find in a store. Love this place!!! No better litter out there than okocat! We usually get the Worlds best cat litter which is great too but okocat is the absolute best! Even with 4 cats you cant tell you have cats and of course it helps that we are always scooping the litter 3 to 4 times daily but we can tell a massive difference! I would have wanted to know about this product ages ago and so its important that some other cat lovers out there will have gained in learning about this and giving it a try because once you do you will know! 😊👍

Did well grooming my pet once. Now, they wont allow him back because he is blind. This is the third location he has been to for grooming but the first to outright deny him. Even when I offered to be in store for the entire time as I always have been, they declined. The dog isnt large or violent but was denied less than a day before his appointment.

I love this place the employees are very helpful and the selection of animals and the stuff like food and tank decorations. Overall it's great but they don't really treat the animals that well for example the leopard geckos are kept together, bad temps and humidity and just not very good conditions for the animals.
