I was in there yesterday and the nice man working cashier with a crutch was so nice to me. I struggle with anxiety and I could not figure out my rewards! Rather than getting frustrated he took his time to help me. You never know what people are going thru! Thank you for your kindness sir.

They need to get their stuff together. Was waiting outside for almost 20 min for my curbside order. I even called just incase the app wasn’t working. I ended up having to go inside. The lady was sympathetic thankfully. If you guys don’t want to do curbside, don’t offer it.

I was looking for small dog food no chicken. I was immediately approached by an associate whom walked me through the isles and pointed out all my options. That saved a lot of time due to hiring knowledgeable associates whom take the time to know there products. Thanks so much!

The worst Petco I’ve ever visited. Fish tanks are absolutely filthy, the whole saltwater section wasn’t even working; all tanks had algae blooms and it smelt horrible with numerous tank filters covered in dead fish. Their turtle tank had a blue film on the top due to the filter not working. All of the bettas/live plant cups were disgusting, most of the plants were either dead or covered in mold. Ferrets were sleeping in their own feces, flies were everywhere, and they smelt awful (worse than their typical smell). One of their surrendered cockatiels was clearly unwell but there was no sign depicting it. In their reptile section one of their tarantulas was dead (no, it was not a molt) and the snakes/chameleons all had stuck shed and were clearly underfed and dehydrated. The cats were living

Staff is always very helpful, when I visit this store. They show great background when it comes to the fish hobby!
