DO NOT GO I took my dog to Petco Highland for grooming, and the experience was absolutely awful. The day after her appointment, she would not let me touch her back and was clearly in a lot of pain. She became lethargic and uncomfortable, so I had to take her to the vet. The vet diagnosed her with post-grooming furunculosis, a painful, deep bacterial skin infection. I was told this condition is caused by skin trauma from aggressive brushing or stripping, combined with contaminated grooming shampoos and tools, commonly involving Pseudomonas aeruginosa. My dog developed painful red bumps/boils, had to be shaved, placed in a cone, and required medication and follow-up care. I spent over $500 in vet bills because of this. We came in distress about our new cat. He recently got neutered and had diarrhea and those are definitely not a good combination. Nelly was there to help us and point us to everything we needed. She helped us keep calm and went over and beyond to explain everything! Thank you so much Nelly for caring for our baby

I visited PetCo to set up for a cat I adopted. They had everything I needed. The employees were great. They were friendly and efficient at check out, opening a 3rd lane to accommodate the volume of customers. While shopping, I was asked twice if I needed help with anything, an additional employee stopped to talk, took time to understand my situation, and gave recommendations for a cat supplies. Very good trip to PetCo. I will return and would recommend.

Cannot give enough stars for groomer Becca. My dog was terrified of groomers and Becca was beyond patient and loving. My dog looked absolutely perfect and seemed super happy. I’m so grateful I found Becca. It’s such a relief to know your fur baby is in good hands and Becca exceeded all expectations ♥️

I had 3 of my kittens vaccinated they did well with the vet. The team was very kind patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep coming back.
