Highland Animal Hospital

Our first time visiting the hospital, we got there 10 mins prior to our appointment and we didn’t see the doctor until after an hour of us being there. Not only that, but when I asked for an estimate of our visit prior to us waiting for the doctor, the nurse made an unnecessary financial comment as if I was asking because I couldn’t afford it That same nurse that gave me the estimate said the “Office call” was courtesy and ended up being $90. They were nice generally, but unsure if we want to return after a poor first visit

We started using this vet this past year when two kittens ended up on our doorstep, and everyone here is so wonderful. Such a kind, compassionate, and informative. We had to do some de-worming treatments and they made it as stress-free and affordable as possible. Finding a new vet was scary but the doctor and literally everyone working there is so great. They really eased my mind!

After finding out the our veterinarian had closed without even giving us a notice, I called Highland to see if they would take us as new patients. Lisa answer the phone and she was extremely accommodating and guide me and help me get in ASAP as I needed medication for Milo. On my appointment day everyone was very welcoming and DR. Roman was great with Milo… highly recommended them.

Highland Animal Hospital had been a God send for me and my elderly dog. They have been so accommodating and communicative. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion, and it’s easy for me to get an appointment, which is one of the main reasons we left Dyer Animal Clinic. The staff has been so wonderful, and we’ve been really happy with Dr. Arteaga. I can’t thank them enough for their caring and loving demeanor and excellent care they’re provided my dog, Charlie! Highly recommend.

Dr. Arteaga and the staff at Highland Animal did everything the could to help us with the difficult decision of letting our beautiful boy Louie go. It is so obvious that Dr. Arteaga's primary concern is for the pet. When I mentioned i wanted to let Louie pass at home, I was given information on services that would come to our home.
