I was looking for a certain thing for my cats the employee took me to the right isle and showed me different types. She was very helpful didn't get her name. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I went to buy a Guinea pig when I took him home I did notice he wasn’t making any noise or moving too much and he had rapid breathing and decided to take him to the vet. he was sick with respiratory infection . Vet bill came out to $207 . They did prescribe antibiotics and a breathing treatment I had to drive 45 min out to a exotic vet . Careful when purchasing they aren’t too well taken care of . Unfortunately I called and all the said was that I had 30 days to get a refund but I seen how neglecting he was so I decided to get him treated than sending him back and who knows what would happen to him

We won't take our fur babies to anyone else. Nikki has been fantastic with our pups. The other groomers there are amazing as well!

Everything was fine. It appears that you need more employees. The girl at the register was trying to ring people up and handle phone calls. We did not see any other employees in the store.

I had bought a balled python from petco’s hesperia location and i asked before i bought him does he take meals with them and they said yes so a couple of days later i bought some frozen mice for him to eat and i gave it to him and he didn’t take and i also gave him time and he still didn’t take it the next day i called them and they said if it a week or two to get used to it home so i did that and i tried again and he still didn’t take the mice so after i kept trying giving him weeks he still didn’t take it and today he passed so im guessing he had a sickness or something but i don’t recommend this petco because i also had bought a leopard gecko and he also wasn’t eating but i returned him in time so i don’t recommend anyone buying from here.
