Dr. Dan has been my vet for 16 years. He is compassionate, and cares about the animals. I’ve gone to vets in the past that are cold and only want to up charge you. All Paws does not operate like that. They genuinely care and offer you the best steps through every health issue. I am very grateful for him and his staff.

I've been coming to Dr. Dan for years. I've spent thousands of dollars on my animals over the years. I rescue cats and dogs and have got them shots, neutered, spayed and medicine. I always knew the prices were much higher here but I felt Dr. Dan's kindness made it worth it and I felt his love for animals but I am so absolutely tired of the lousy women he works with. They are uneducated and rude. They don't keep proper track of records. They do NOT document anything properly. I had to show credit card statements to prove that! They have no customer service experience. I've ignored their nasty attitudes for years but today will be my last day going to Dr. Dan. I wonder how many good customers he loses over the horrible receptionists he hires.

I have been coming here a few times now and overall had an okay experience until recently. I called at 4:35 on Friday (which they close at 5) and told the front desk that I would be arriving about 7 minutes before close to pick up medication that I ordered already and that I just needed to pay. They told me that the doctor left so they are leaving at 4:40. I still drove over because my 16yr old husky needed his pain medication. I arrived 8 minutes before they closed and they all hide in the back room as I knocked on the door. I sat in my car as they all came out 5 minutes later and still would give me my pets meds. This was poor poor customer service and all 5 of the young ladies that came out should be ashamed. Change your times to (only working when the boss is here) so people know what

I had went here since my local vet has been closed. It was honestly a horrible experience. We walked in with our cat and right before we went inside the clinic after our 40+ min drive, he had taken a poo in his kennel right before arriving.. they took him back and said they can clean him. They come back and say “do you want us to shave his tail he got poop on it” literally most of the staff was staring at me for an answer and i said no and they seemed so judgmental. he’s a fluffy cat and i wasn't able to see how bad it was so i asked if they were able to clean it. and for two if i need to shave his tail, i could do it myself i have wireless pet clippers at home.. they hadn't even mentioned when asking about shaving that it would have been an additional charge to the $400 they had already c
