Paw Spa

We have spent so much time looking for someone we could trust with our Chihuahua. A friend told us about pet spa. My husband said you couldn't have a better experience. I was so happy. They did her nails.

They do a great job cutting the hair, not going to lie, HOWEVER, you make an appointment with them and they still take over 2 HOURS to return your dog. So what is the appointment for? Is the appointment JUST for the time you BRING THEM THROUGH THE DOOR? then they keep them in a kennel for 2 hrs and THEN cut their hair? The appointments are literally useless. Dogs dont like being locked up with strangers watching other dogs go through this. How is it possible that i can get a walk-in haircut and be done in less than an hour, but a small dog WITH AN APPOINTMENT takes OVER 2 HOURS to be done?!?! This hasn't happened once, its EVERY TIME, and i am finally OVER IT.

First time ever taking my dog to a groomer. What a great experience. We are new to the area and have an Akita. My little bear was in dire need of a bath. I was totally blown away with their level of customer service. The groomer did such a good job we can not believe it. Akita's can be intimidating to some but this groomer had no fear and interacted really will him. My little bear was not stressed out when we picked him up and was happy as a claim. Customer for life!!!!

PawSpa is the best! They listen to what you want and take their time. My girl always comes home very happy and pretty.. This last visit they even put earrings on her which I love! 🥰💜🐶

Always take my dog here and he always comes out absolutely amazing! They do everything :)
