1/16/26 9:23am Gracie W. was incredibly knowledgeable and truly helpful! My daughter’s daycare recently had a litter of guinea pigs, and I volunteered to bring one home. I honestly didn’t know anything about guinea pigs, and Gracie completely guided me through everything I needed to know. She took the time to explain proper care, answered all my questions with patience, and even showed me how to sign up for the rewards program and monthly offerings. What stood out most was her genuine care — she never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. I had already been searching TikTok and Google, but having a real human explain things with compassion and clarity made all the difference. Well organized and friendly service!! Was able to locate the items needed for my pup! Prices didn’t seem higher than other stores! Also got a “deal” on a jacket for my pup when the weather gets chili!! Will definitely be back!!!

My dog loves it here. Was skeptical about the grooming but we haven't had any issues at all, its also comfortably affordable. The store itself is good and usually always have everything needed besdies crickets for reptiles or fresh horn worms. Alot of the staff here has worked her for some time and are super helpful.

17 February 2026 I went to purchase a fish. They received a recent shipment of fish and a lot were still in the bags, but there was no air left and they were suffocating about half of the tanks had numerous dead fish in them that were not in the bags. I was heart broken…. I informed the cashier. Do better people..

Love this Petco location! Ms. Lynette is such a wonderful person! Her customer service skills is amazing. I needed something that was not in stock and it took a few days but Ms. Lynette was patient and came to my rescue!
