DO NOT COME FOR GROOMING. I had one of the WORST grooming experiences I’ve ever had here. I brought in my pitbull, Mozzy, who is extremely friendly and has been groomed at multiple Petco locations with absolutely zero issues. Within FIVE minutes of dropping him off, I got a call saying I needed to come pick him up because he was “aggressive” and supposedly tried to bite the groomer and her coworker while they were doing his nails. First of all, Mozzy has NEVER been aggressive in his 4 years of life. Ever. And at other locations, if there’s something he doesn’t like, the groomers act like actual professionals: they pause, move on to another part of the groom, or work with the dog. My fur baby looks great and smells wonderful too !! So subtle and his nails are short as can be !! Great work done by the groomer !! Rufus had been groomed by Lili for a long time now and she is the best !! Thank you Lili and petco!!
Wonderful Grooming by Hannah! Hannah at the Upper Arlington Petco is amazing! She was so gentle and caring with our pup, and he came out looking and smelling fantastic. She takes extra time and attention to get him groomed as we request. You can tell she really loves what she does. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a groomer who treats your dog like family!
Groomer was very good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. Petco charges way too much though…
My girl, Sienna,, got the best groom she’s ever had from Lily May at Petco!! She is very patient and caring.
