Very helpful staff that is knowledgeable about products. They carry a wide variety of cat items including soft collars post surgery which is great. They also have some hard to find items like Churu treats and fragrance free cat litter which is awesome. This place always saves me time vs going to other stores that often don't have the items. A big fan of their organized store approach too for cat items. Easily located on Lane Ave it is great for me to get to and they actually answer their phone which is fantastic in a pinch.

Have not been to your store yet. But I will be stopping by, My Spike got a Christmas gift from a friend who shops there. A sweater he loves and I ask her where did she buy it, and did they come in other colors. It is soft and warm he by passes his others to get that one with the Penguin on it when he wants to go out.

Must commend the staff for the manner in which a computer glitch was handled. Not even one negative comment was heard, the line to checkout was calm, patient and I believe this was largely a reflection of the staff's composure, kindness, and efforts to handle unexpected cash transactions with grace. Oh yes, one staffer helped me find my Honest Kitchen Clusters. Thanks for everyone's smiles and attitude!

I am obsessed with this place and tell everyone about it. They have the best prices for the high-value, high-quality treats and frozen foods that I need. The rewards program is amazing. The people I've encountered who work there are always knowledgeable when I have questions and genuinely care about getting me what's best for my pups. I cannot recommend this place enough and specifically this location. Phenomenal workers.

They just opened their dog wash stations today and I couldn't be happier with them! We were the second one to use it, and they gave my girl some treats, a tennis ball, and a cute Pride bandana! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back often ☺️
