Lindsey always has Oreo looking his best. I've never had a bad experience since she has been his groomer. A+ on her service!

Although the lady was very nice and I feel lie she had good intentions that doesn't make not following directions ok. It was my puppy first haircut and I specifically said to lightly trim the top of her head so it could be evenly rounded off and I said my wife likes to add bows to her hair so I didn't want it cut low she just about cut all of her hair off and it is choppy. The groomer had cut down to the back of her neck. I was such in a rush for work that I didn't have the time to address the issue it wasn't even close to the picture that I had showed and what I asked for, also the bottom of her paws were pink as if they got burnt and she doesn't walk on the concrete the picture with the dog on the purple table is what I wanted it to be simular to and i knew it wouldn't be perfect but to

Michelle A is such a lovely person and she did such a WONDERFUL job on my boy. She made him look and feel so amazing after an auto-immune infection wrecked havoc on his skin. He came out so soft, shiny, and overall just in a better mood!
