Petco Grooming

Today my girlfriend brought our toy schnoodle in for a grooming appointment with Petco, today unfortunately, it did not go as well as we had hoped. We had set up an appointment for 10am, and brought her in on time. They employee that greeted us informed us that it would be 3-4hour wait, and that they would call us between 1-2pm with an update. It was around 1:54pm that we called them to see if they had an update for us, and after not hearing back for a while we decided to check in and see how everything was going... When we checked in, we were told she was not ready and that she had about 20min left. Shortly after that they brought her out to the grooming table where she had not even had her haircut yet! The appointment was super easy to make online and the staff We’re really down to earth cool helpful people. My dog hates his nails cut, but they didn’t seem to judge him too badly for it. Will definitely come again during their happy hour, which is a great discount on services

My pup Hunter just loves Caitlyn. He is a little wild at times but she handles him great. He always comes back looking very handsome and feeling so soft. We are moving out of state so we will miss her very much. Hope to find someone else as great as she is. Thanks Caitlyn for your taking such good care of Hunter.

My dog Max loves seeing Ben for his groom. Every time I come in before he is fished he looks so relaxed and happy as Ben finishes off his groom. Ben is very sweet and patient. It takes a lot to trust someone with your fur baby so I am so glad we met Ben..

Ben did a great job. Trish used to be his groomer but she is no longer there. I almost didn't want to bring Chase but after finding out Ben also has a miniature Schnauzer I knew he would be ok.
