Petco Grooming

I don't trust just anyone with my rescue babies. Yes, I'm THAT dog mom and I have no shame! Samantha does an amazing job with both of mine and they are always happy to see her, which tells me everything I need to know! They come out looking so beautiful, fluffy, soft and smelling great!!! Highly recommend Samantha!!!

Had an appointment scheduled so I thought ok,he's gonna get right in. Nope we get there and they tell me it'll be 2-4 HOURS before he gets seen.even with an appointment.and if I wanted to reschedule and pay extra for the vip treatment so he gets seen right away we can do that.i said well he had an appointment scheduled why do you guys not honor that? All she could say was that they are running behind.needless to say,worst service ever.definetly will be no call no showing for the next appointment to show them the same courtesy they showed us.i do not recommend this place at all.

When a lady and I was waiting to check our doodles in I saw a groomer remarking about our dogs. She was telling a customer she had to do one of them. As she was saying this she showed discuss on her face and rolling her eyes. When checking in my dog I asked that they do not pluck his ears. They did it any way. I have taken my dog to them four times. So when the groomer ( the same one rolling her eyes) told me she plucked his ears I was not happy, but I was not rude. I said that I had asked the person checking him to not have his ears plucked. She said they would put it in his chart. That information should have already been in there since he had been there three times before. I also asked for him to have his hair a little longer. The supervisor checked him over and said that should be no p

I have been taking my dog, Sunny, to Petco for a year or so. The staff has treated him so kindly and performed his grooming as professionally as any grooming shop we’ve been to. Once we found out how great the staff at Petco was there would never be a desire to have my pup go to any other groomer. This is my second dog that I have taken to Petco. My previous dog, Olivia, went to Petco and was treated royally and loved her groomer. She passed away and it took me a while to be able to get another dog. The current staff at Petco makes me feel happy and pleased with the care they treat Sunny with. I cannot imagine taking a loved pet anywhere else.

My little guy is very skiddish from his upbringing before coming to live with my family and the ladies took great care of him. He was nervous but they said he did great. They didn’t try to upsell me they made him very comfortable. It was an exceptional service. He looked and smelled amazing I am so happy with the service will be back again
