Zoey had a great session at the Petco groomer. Her coat was beautiful and she was so fresh, the service from Fantasia was also excellent. We will be back!
Awful customer service at this location. l attempted to do a walk-in around 2:30 PM to have my puppy-who is under 3 months old - get his nails trimmed and eyes cleaned. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes on the train to arrive before 3 PM, traveling with my 2-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son, only to have my time completely wasted. If walk-ins are accepted before 3 PM, customers should not be turned away upon arrival. The customer service I received when I walked in was extremely poor and unwelcoming from the groomer on duty. (Black lady) Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. This is by far the worst experience l've had at a Petco. I've never had any issues before, which makes this even more disappointing.
Angel was very professional and did a great job with my dog’s nail trim and buffing.

I wish I took before and after but I didn’t, however my dog came out looking great
