Petco Grooming

I have brought my dog up here 4-5 times, and this time the original person that has done my dog before wasn’t available so I made the appointment with a different person. WELL 1st off I think my dog was given something, NEVER before has he acted the way he did Saturday! No energy, totally different dog? I always get him a plain cheeseburger wit o bun, he couldn’t even eat it!! And I when I booked online it was $65 I was charged over $100 dollars! I had nothing added. I will never bring him back!

The haircut was something that looked like it was done by a child. Our golden doodle had been scratching with the change in weather and fur was a little uneven around the mid section so we just needed to even him up, trim his nails, and shorten around the paws and behind. All of this was relayed to the groomers prior to drop off. Since they were only allowed to use a guard that would leave about an inch, we forewent anything that would take length off. 3 1/2 hours and $160 later, we come back to a dog that has been brushed, nails “buffed” and uneven strands all around his face. Will not be returning.

Savannah did a great job trimming and buffing Millie’s nails. This was her first time here and Savannah was patient and very easy with her. Great job and will go back

I dropped my dog off after telling Savannah he has anxiety and online put that he is a xxl dog (Great Dane) and all I need was him to get a bath and trim his nails and I come back to her saying she didn’t trim his nails bc he was too big they made me pay the full price even though I don’t get full service

The staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Not everyone can make my dog feel comfortable enough to let them do her nails. The staff was able to handle her and also made it very obvious that they loved the dogs they were taking care of and that means so much to a pet parent.
