Petco Grooming is amazing with my two pups! The staff is always so kind and patient, and I truly feel safe leaving my dogs in their care. It’s such a relief knowing they are well looked after and happy, even when they’re out of my sight. Thank you for your outstanding service and for treating my pups like your own!

The girls were great. Didn't get they're names but wish I had . Will definitely use them again. Also highly recommended

I just started getting my new pup groomed at Petco in Media. His very first appointment was rescheduled due to overbooking. Today, I was notified that his second appointment for tomorrow needs to be rescheduled after adjusting my schedule and meetings. We leave for a trip on Wednesday, so rescheduled or not, it doesn't help or make the grooming department reliable. Yes, the staff have personal lives and emergencies, but it doesn't just affect them. Extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.
