Petco Grooming

Petco does a phenomenal job with the grooming and bathing. Im always pleased with how my dog smells and looks. I didn’t give them 5 stars as I think paying 108.00 before tip to bath and groom my 10lb dog is a bit steep especially because he comes regularly and nothing special was needed for him. Also a regular bath and face feet and fanny trim can also cost between 50-70.00 the price is expensive…. for such a small dog! Service great but prices should be alot cheaper for such a small dog.

My dog looks terrible! I’ve given Petco 3 tries at grooming my mini Goldendoodle properly. I’ve provided pictures and advice every time. I’m never returning. $143.00 for my dog to return looking like Hei-Hei from Moana! I’m pissed!

I had so many issues this past weekend getting my dogs groomed. 1) I arrived and there was someone in front of me getting their dog checked in and I was patiently waiting for my turn behind them and giving them a few feet of space. Another customer arrived and I’m guessing it’s someone that comes frequently because one of the groomers came out immediately to help him out and struck up conversation with him all while ignoring me standing there. Mind you, this guy went to stand in front of me also in a typical selfish fashion and I made it very clear to him I was there before him yet the associate completely ignored me and went to help him. I may not be a regular yet to the point they know my dogs and I but I have been there a couple of times and seeing as how I just moved to the area, if I

We drove to the wrong Petco in McKinney, but the 380 West McKinney worked us in with the pups. It’s the week of Christmas, so this was definitely great customer service! The doggies looked and smelled great too!
