The most amazing experience visiting a vet clinic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Doctor Hoyt is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He let me ask all my questions and answered them very accurately. We are first time dog parents but I visited other clinic and it wasn’t an experience like this. I definitely will recommend City Vet to anyone needing dog care in a very clean and compassionate environment. I feel it has been a blessing to reach out and take our dog, Marty, to City Vet McKinney. Thank you so much for your care and patience. We for sure will return. ❤️‍🩹💖

I wish I brought my dog ​​here earlier. Nice staff, they were upfront with prices. But most of all - Thank you doctor Johnston for taking us through Ralf’s departure. After we found cancer she helped us give him couple best weeks possible, she was on the phone with us when we need ask questions and how much time she spent tells me that she cared about the pet and results. Very humane. And I decided to keep him alive as long as he doesn’t suffer, unfortunately cancer stroke him 2 weeks down the road and he suddenly stop walking his body stopped following his brain. They were really flexible with scheduling euthanasia very next day. Thanks again for your services. I truly appreciate when people treat their job as vocation and not just 9/5 schedule. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been to other CityVet locations before but the McKinney location has been the best by far. I saw Dr. Hoyt and my vet tech was Kristal and they were so kind and listened to all of the issues my kitty was having, we came up with a treatment plan that works for all of us and I really felt like we are a team trying to get my cat in the best possible health and not just me against the world. All of my concerns and questions were answered and I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders leaving. Thank you thank you thank you!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Hoyt ENOUGH!!! I also couldn’t THANK him enough for taking such good care of my Cooper Joe! Unfortunately, my sweet fur baby started having epileptic episodes back to back… Dr. Hoyt took time to figure a new lifestyle game-plan to help him have a comfortable future… I appreciate his attentiveness and thorough exam to bring to light this issue. Him and his staff were so kind and professional. I am thankful to find a an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G VET! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They did a wonderful job letting us know the health status and well being of our fur babies. Their baths looked better than our regular groomer! Our dogs looked healthy happy and vibrant. We love the staff and how personable they are. They are a good 20 + minutes away from Frisco. We pass by multiple reputable vets-all are good- but City Vet McKinney anre the best. Second in line is their sister clinic off of Lebanon-Frisco. I’m very particular about our babies so if I’m doing a review I either like you or I don’t! Please just go here! Ask for Brandi, she’s a sweetheart.
