Petco Grooming

Jody is an exceptional groomer. She’s fallen in love with our little Yorkshire terrier Bernie first time we came in because we were trying to find a groomer that knew what they were doing and when she did it the first time we were absolutely stunned by the beautiful haircut and bath.

They did a great job with my doodle who was tangled and had to be shaved down. They called me to make sure that I was OK with having to go a shorter. Great customer service!

Our groomers are always happy to see us and so friendly. I had our little guy with us this time and he was so sad to leave his puppies there. They talked to him and told him everything would be ok and they’d see him soon and be all clean and they asked what his favorite color was so that one of his puppies could have that color bandana when they came back out. He was so excited! They look and smell wonderful as always! Thank y’all!! And they got new collars and harnesses when we donated their old ones! I didn’t know they repurposed them.

We have had a very good experience with having our dog groomed at Petco. They are very professional and knowlegable about dog care and are great about answering my questions. I can tell that they genuinely care and like my dog and he always looks fantastic.

My dog didn't smell clean when I picked her up, no wonder why they offer that whole new shampoo stuff for over 25 dollars extra, seems like they don't take the time to give them a full bath or use a good shampoo. I was at the store and the time he took washing her was very little. Also they charged me 10 dollars extra for brushing her??? I asked for a short cut so she shouldn't have to brush extra for 10 more dollars. They never told me anything about their extra fees and I feel like that's a hidden pricing from the store. I am definitely not coming back.
