Melisa did such a great job on my Princess Peach! I had called ahead of time to make sure they had room and she encouraged me to go at a specific time to ensure a discount as well. It was just a great overall experience.

Horrible and a waste of time and money paid seventy five dollars for my doctors smell like feet and still have flaky dandruff, a waste might as well do it yourself!!! And he got a bunch of water in his ears, and he already previously had an ear infection

The last 2 times I've brought my fur baby in for bath and nails I've been very disappointed. I would think when I pay for my fur baby to be bathed she wouldn't smell the same as when I dropped her off. I'm not happy with the service I've gotten ..

Raquel helped our Brutus today and it was amazing. The first time he has come home happy, smelling good, and all wrinkles clean. He was also dry, which they have never been able to do for him before. His nails were clipped so much better than we have ever seen and his ears are super clean. Raquel is a Rockstar. We haven't taken him in a bit because we weren't ever really happy with the services, this time was amazing. He was in such a good mood and happy when we picked him up! Raquel, I dont know if you will ever see this, but you are awesome! I'll be back with a better tip next time.
