Petco Grooming

I have been taking my dog here for nail trims and teeth brushing since he was one year old. The grooming staff, especially Olivia, are so sweet, patient, and kind. We love taking Audi to Petco. Audi also feels right at home every time we take him to Petco.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’m not sure if I’m more upset with them or myself for paying $150 for such poor service. My dog’s coat is completely uneven, and his paws had blood on them when I picked him up. To make matters worse, it looks like he was nicked near his eyebrow. I attempted to file a complaint but was told there was no manager available to speak with. I then tried using the chat and requested an email for corporate, but they refused to provide any contact information. The lack of accountability and concern is extremely disappointing. I truly wish I could post a video so others could clearly see the condition he was left in. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet’s safety and well-

My 3 lil' pups receive their best service from Kendra every time! They are fussy girls to work with, but Kendra handles them with ease, calming my concerns. She has been their groomer for some years now & we followed her from Milltown store when it closed to E. Windsor. She treats them with care and is personable, kind & accomodating to us - simply the best! Big thanks to Kendra, for the amazing service given to Jetta, Kinsey & Colette! Very attentive & knowedgable. In addition this location is very clean & organized. We will be back, Michelle

The service was great and the groomer Cameron did an amazing job on my dog The price of the groom would not be bad. If I was not charged the fees. I really don’t think there should be a fee for the supplies for $5.99 and then another $10 fee for a shave and a cut. So instead of paying the price just for the groom. I wound up paying $89.00.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly to everyone and amazing with the dogs. I trust leaving my dog Emma here at Petco and she looks great every time! (And she is not easy to work with 😆)
