Hannah at Petco has been grooming both my mini Australian shepherd and my golden doodle, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful job she does. She’s patient, gentle, and so attentive with them. I simply show her a picture of the cut I’d like, and she delivers it flawlessly every single time. What means even more to me is the kindness she showed my golden doodle. Even while my sweet girl was going through chemo last year, Hannah cared for her with such patience and compassion. That gentle touch and understanding during a difficult time will always stay with us. The entire staff at Petco in East Windsor are just ♥️♥️👌the best very compassionate. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC grooming experience. Ozzy has experienced their terrible service two times already, the first time the groomer had put a cut on his private area which led to an infection as they were dirty tools, I overlooked this incident as I believed it was a mistake. This time I even warned them about it and they still managed to cut his ear which led to bleeding and him being put on medications and a cone for 10-14 days. What makes things worse is they took him to the vet that day and instead of the groomer coming along to apologize, they sent the cashier who knew nothing. They are extremely heartless and inexperienced as their unable to keep their hands steady. If you don't want your dog getting injured as well, I urge you to look somewhere else. Will never be coming back to this

While the store appeared to be well stocked, my product was not in stock and hardly ever is. But, I ran out and thought I could make a quick stop at my local Petco. I feed my cats Hills Science wet cat food pouch, 1-6 age, Tuna and Senior Tuna pouch. There wasn’t one single pouch. There were pouches I didn’t recognize and would never use, I was frustrated and purchased canned. This is not the first time I have gone into this store only to find the shelf empty for what I was looking for. Even purchasing online is frustrating, so I stopped buying from Petco.

They have expired dog treats on the shelf, walked into Petco to get some greenies for my dog, the next day my dog was sick, vomiting, and had diarrhea because they have expired dog treats from 2023 and 2024, went back a couple days later to the shelf that I grabbed it from and there was still expired greenies, from 2024, and 2023, I spoke to a manager and got told “that’s how they ship it to us” isn’t there supposed to be checks before putting it on the shelf? RIDICULES! Posting a photo of the treats that shows the expiration date, do better hire better people that care!

Stopped in to the Petco on rt. 130 in East Windsor and was assisted by the sales associate Jen in aquatics. She is very good at her job and was extremely helpful and informative in helping me select some tropical fish for my new 10 gallon aquarium. Definitely will be going to this location in the future for all of my aquarium needs.
