The staff was very friendly and remembered my service dog's name on his second visit, they greeted him promptly by name. We were walk-in customers both times as there is no appointment needed for the service we get. They went above and beyond both times and Zeus looks great. (A special thanks to Jacob)

Ashley has a great relationship with Makoto and her feedback regarding his health and behaviors is greatly appreciated. I feel we are a team concerning his wellbeing. She is very professional and personable. On another note, I would appreciate it if PetCo would post prices for the various services provided in all of their grooming salons that would show consistency across all stores.
Ashley is awesome! Can you please ask Ashley to text me with the products she used on Bleu? I want to keep notes. Whatever she used this time worked well, she also got a lot of hair/undercoat removed. And most important - BIG Bleu loves her 😊
