Petco Grooming

Jade was excellent in providing guidance on what we needed for our pups. Some of the best grooming and customer service I have ever received from Petco. I am glad I drove to this store. I will be coming back for more services.

I wish you had 20 stars. The ladies at the Algonquin store are absolutely the best. You can tell they love dogs and love their work. They are always accommodating, greet you with a great happy attitude and recognize my dogs when I bring them in. I can’t say enough how good this group of ladies are. Thank you!!

I have been bringing my 2 service dogs to Petco for years! Staci and Jade are so compassionate and dedicated which is so evident with our dogs getting older. They always use their best knowledge in getting them clean and recommend the best services. I completely trust them with all my grooming needs!

Went in for a face feet and fanny trim, and the only girl that was working was at the front desk with no dogs there. I asked for the face feet fanny service she said we don’t take walk-ins even though the sign says Walk-ins. I asked her if she could do a quick nail trim then and she said no she has another nail trim coming in. I walked next-door to a different store and came back into Petco 10 minutes later only to see her in the same spot with still no other appointment that she claims she had coming in. When she noticed me she ran into the back and didn’t come back out. She clearly just did not want to be bothered. Waste of time.

Stacie was so calm and reassuring when our pup was showing some distress during her nail clipping appointment. She managed to calm our dog and finish the clipping.
