Petco

Today we were at an appointment with my puppies, just had to get a pill that we get every month without any problems. Today we had to wait in line for 1 hour, the puppy's blood was taken for the fifth time, I ask you to take measures regarding the employees so that they are more competent and professional in their work. So as not to injure people and animals.

I shop at Petco every week for my 3 babies, Rocky, Star & Luna (2 German Sheppard's & a Shih Tzu mix) so I appreciate all the discounts I get with my membership & other store coupons. I also get my vaccines here.

Love taking my sassy tortie here every month to get her nails trimmed by the wonderful Stacie. Stacie and her crew are always cheerful, efficient and careful with my sweet Roxy. This Petco also has a Vetco that I have taken all 3 of my cats for their routine shots/services. It is always easy to book an appointment, get reminders about vaccinations and get results back too! I walked in and the atmosphere wasn’t good : while I was speaking to one of the groomers the other groomer then stated we don’t have free samples ! I never said nor asked for anything free ! That made me feel uncomfortable and I left without getting my dog groomed . Wasted gas & time never again!!! That’s why I love PETSMART !!

I had a great experience shopping at my local PetSmart and I found two new products one for my cat one for my dog that were suggested to me by one of the women in the store and both my cat and dog love her suggestions and eight with gusto this morning! I will be back at this particular store because of this great service
