We walked in to take a look at the Pac-Man frogs and decided to get one. We asked Zoe for help and she was so kind and helpful. She told us so many tips and got us exactly what we needed. I felt totally prepared to bring our new little guy home after talking to her. I was so impressed with the service here and will be coming back for whatever else I need. Thank you!

They sold me a crested gecko with tail rot… i’ve only had her for a week so there’s absolutely no way she had this happen to her under my care. I did not notice until a day ago, and then looked back at the pictures i took the day i purchased her and saw the tail rot plain as day.

The lady at the checkout desk was amazing and helped me with things I could do with my teething pup since nyla bones are not an option. She was kind and very knowledgeable about teething options! Im very greatful for her because its working!

Prices are higher then surrounding pet suppliers and pet stores. Found the same Conure I bought there for $800, cheaper else where. I only bought it there because I didn't want to see her stuck in an overpriced pet store. She needed a home. But, Petco needs to realize these are not "show" animals, or "exotic"animals. My opinion, they can work a little harder to lower prices. Focus more on providing an affordable pet, instead of using that pet for a profit tool!
