The only reason right now they’re getting 2 stars is because the staff is friendly and helpful. Otherwise how the fish and animals are kept is absolutely awful. We frequent this location because it’s close but upon our last visit the fish tanks were absolutely horrible. Pumps and filters weren’t working. The tanks are so dirty. Tons of dead fish and snails floating around the tanks. There was so much build up on the glass of the tanks, it was hard to see in them. The turtle is in this empty tank with just a rock. It’s so heartbreaking. Half those fish and plant life are destined to die if they don’t fix it up.

I shop here for cat food and litter when needed. It's close to me and I always find what I need and get great service as well. They made Kili's holiday season better too! (Fili got to use it too)

On my first visit, I explained that my cat had tapeworm and was looking for Elanco. I was referred to Vetco for vaccinations by the employee on shift as the “Elanco would be ineffective.” As my cat was a rescue, I had no prior medical records and was surprised that a microchip scan wasn't performed until after the vaccine was administered, where they discovered she was both chipped and vaccinated, Dr. Leah Ackerman laughed it off and did not offer any solutions to the problem. I was given a 3-in-1 vaccine, costing $180, with a dewormer that Dr. Leah Ackerman assured me would treat tapeworm, despite it being labeled for roundworm and hookworm and despite me calling that out. What a great experience. Went in not knowing anything about fish and left there with every question we had answered by Kali. Kali was extremely helpful and very patient and gave us all the answers we needed to feel confident about our new purchase. Thanks 😊 👍

Very nice place all around. The cashier was very sweet and pleasant and makes shopping there an even better experience! Great team and good store 10/10
