Amazing customer service. Very polite and knowledgeable AND made sure my tank was big enough before I even got the fish. The tanks are also pristine and there was very few visibly sick fish. Much better than my usual brighton petsmart!!!

Highly recommend retraining the staff. They are horrible with customer service. Ive sat at the fish area multiple times with employees there for 20+ min with 0 help. They look at you and just go back to doing something else. Tried to buy a 2 inch Pleco for a 55 gal tank and the employee told me she couldn't sell it to me. I get they get big but its 2 inches long currently and they dont know my plans for the future.

This Petco location is my go to for all I need for my non- human kids. They are very conveniently located, the parking is usually available close to the entrance, and they have something for everyone there, whether my goldfish & pleco, my rat, my bunny, or my kitty. The food variety is greater than at any local competitor's locations, and the prices are in line with the others also. You won't break the bank shopping here. They carry everything from habitats/cages to bedding to food & treats, bowls, bottles, and toys, and I even got my pleco and my rattie-girl from this location! I often recommend Petco to friends; For anyone asking about knowledgeable friendly people who might help with pet questions, this is the place for answers.

The cashier that I had was so sweet! But the way the manager (lady with extremely short hair and glasses) acted towards the employees was absolutely appalling! I wish I could’ve gotten her name because she definitely needs to be trained in some human decency. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. The employees that work there deserve better than that.

Went and got my dog groomed for the first time today. Summer took care of ziggy and she did an amazing job. She called me right away. She did an awesome with ziggys bath and de shedding. The problem happened when I arrived 5 minutes after the called because I only live down the street. Summer did tell me on the phone she may be in the back with the other animal when I come back but the other groomer will help me. I waited at the grooming center for almost 10 minutes. I saw 2 associates at the regular check out line helping customers, once the line was made and clear the lady behind the regular check out came out behind the counter and passed me 3 times and didn’t acknowledge I was standing there waiting to be helped in grooming.
