Was looking for a coat for my dog and the staff at Grandview store were so helpful. They were all very friendly and made my visit was a good experience. Thank you All!!!

The worst groomer. I told them my dog is paw sensitive and my vet had already trimmed his toenails. The first thing she did was mess with his paws, said he growled and to come pick him up! This is also the same groomer that I had to pick him up from the vet because he "broke" a toenail and was bleeding profusely!!

Don't bring your dog here to get there nails done. Been there twice and both times they refused to do them. They always come with a excuse Not to Do them! So I left there and went straight to PetSmart on Wornall and they got my boy right in and his nails look great. I will never return back to this store for anything EVER!!!

I called with an emergency medical issue my dog was going through. Thanks to Shannon, a representative I spoke with, my dog was able to get his needs met and meds to help. She took her time being compassionate and understanding throughout our interaction. I even called to give her an update and thank her again from myself and Bleu. Sunshine on a snowy day!

Scott one of the employees here deserve's a good raise. He went out of his way to put a big smile on my face. Very pleasant man and truly care's about his custermer's. God bless 🙏🙏 this man. Store is very clean and organized. Very pleasant shopping here. I believe I'll be making this Petco my place to come too.
