Really nice staff and clean store! Bought my items here for my bearded dragon. Will be coming back for crickets when they are in stock! They have some cuties waiting for a home!

We went around to multiple big box pet stores to find the right hamster for my daughter. we were so put off by lack of customer service and quality of care. The customer service at this store though was amazing. John was super helpful, patient and kind. Embodied what customer service should look like. Thank you! The lady who greeted us (I think Bobbie was her name) was also very friendly and helpful. These two employees should be recognized!

I took my two standard poodles in today, first time using their grooming facility....I was totally impressed with the way Luise groomed them. He followed my instructions perfectly and both my babies came out looking beautiful!! I highly recommend Luise at Petco for anyone looking to get their standard poodles groomed in the Georgetown area.

The store looked great, it was very clean, and I got great help from an associate who asked me if I needed help finding anything. He helped me find exactly what I needed and was very nice! Everyone there was very nice to us and my loud dog who was in training! 😄 We will definitely return!

Most amazing experience of me and my dogs life, thank god for Laci and how patient she was with me and my beautiful boy the work she did was fantastic my son has never looked better it’s like he got a line up from lebrons barber!! Not to mention she helped me out of a tight spot by giving me a Fiver for gas!! 15/10 get your appointment with Laci!!!
