Employees were extremely helpful with finding what I needed in caring for a pet whose owner was absent! Answered all of my questions and then I found out the employee wasn't even working! She had stopped by because it's a great place to be! The manager, Stacy has a great staff and is providing an environment working beside, following-up and leading employees creating this ...a great place to be with people who care!

Great store with items for MANY animals. Have a grooming center and don't forget to check the clearance bins, some great finds in there often. I also love the fact that you can donate money for a treat and toy pack for the local shelter. I make sure to buy a treat/toy one every time I go. Please consider doing so. It's a really cheap way to do something great for a shelter pet! 🐶

We bought 2 parakeets. The handler on the floor was well knowledge in the birds and very helpful on what to get for them for their cage. We bought them as a pair so they would have company and they are super sweet birds.

I would give this place a zero but thats not an option. The young man who came up to help me in the fish section after watch the staff talk to there friends/mates for over 15 minutes including the so called manager who look3d at me several times and ignored me. Then a gal walks up interrupts and takes over....the guy was doing great! . Customer service =0 To the guy who was helpful....I hope you find another job where you can shine vs staying here!
