I love this location! Always great customer service. I mostly order online and do in store pickup. It’s quick and easy and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

I wen't in today for a betta fish. I was geting a temporary home for her due to her unhealthy state. 2 of the female workers said we needed a id to get the fish. So i was going to call my grandma who was out side. They then said " we also have a requirement for the fish before we can sell you the fish " and asked how big my fish take was. So i told them 15- 20 gallons. They then said that it was not a 15- 20 tank. But i never showed them my tank. They were very rude and laughing at me. And i would also like to say. If you have a requirement for the betta fish then they should not be housed in tiny cups as they are.

Clean and inviting store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cute animals to look at. In any other area I would drop a star due the unpredictability of the inventory but I understand that I chose to move behind the redwood curtain and I'm not going to blame the store for my choices.

We went in to get a hummingbird feeder and left with a bearded dragon that we had been wanting for some time all because the staff was friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us make informed decisions on what was needed and what was unnecessary for proper keeping of our newest family member.

Very professional and helpful. The store is well stocked and has just about everything my puppers need! The associate helped me through creating my account and was patient with me when I couldn’t get it😬. Great store!
