My dog got groomed for the first/last time here today. The most unsettling part of this trip was when I was dropping my dog off. A staff member said to a groomer that a client couldn’t be reached so they weren’t sure what to do about a burn inflicted on a dog. Red flag 🚩 I dropped him off @ 10:45 & he was ready before 3:30. I came by around 2:15 since the groomer said it would likely be complete around 3.5hrs later. No one called me before I arrived so I wasn’t too surprised to see that my dog wasn’t ready. However, I was surprised to see that they hadn’t started! Through the window, I could tell my dog wasn’t having it with the nail trim section. At some point, the groomer must have gone past the quick which led to some bleeding (unfortunately onto my cloth car seats). Even though the

Had an absolutely fantastic time at this Petco. My cashier helped me select out the best items for my cat, sign up for premier, and walked me through all the benefits I get as a result. Since then, I have been a repeat customer and have been saving a lot of money on food and litter for my cat. Fantastic customer service!

You NEED to take your pet to Petco! They have amazing variety of toys for all animals! And they have all the pets you can think of, lizards, spiders, cats, dogs, etcetera! Did an amazing job on my cats surgery and very kind staff!

I have a 13 and a 8 y/o. I've been to different places, and they always come home very nervous. Since I started taking them with Reyna, it's a very different experience. My oldest is very difficult and we really appreciate Reyna for being nice and patient to her.
