I was supposed to get twenty percent off at check out and I did not. I'm pretty sure it's because the cashier couldn't be bothered to do what she was supposed to. Jane, so rude.. unfriendly, couldn't smile, didn't even tell me the total.Just gestured for me to put my card in the reader. It's really sad. If she hates her job so much, she should get a new one. The prices on the shelves did not match up with the item. When I was getting checked out, I could not see what the items were getting rung up for. I looked at the receipt when I got home and was surprised. I knew I spent a lot of money so I didn't question it at the time of checkout. Tip, keep a total of what you think you should be spending at checkout.

Great store that has an excellent selection of animals. Friendly workers as well. We bought two female gerbils from this store. They’re super active and very curious of their new home.

Customer service was awesome when looking for items in particular or checking item prices however check out customer service was very poor. While checking out I wanted to redeem a coupon for 20% off that was actually valid through October 19th of 2025. When the cashier, which was an older woman by the way, checked me out I asked her if she could possibly redeem my 20% off. She got a little flustered and stated that it wasn't coming off I stated to her politely "well it says anything minimum of a $40 purchase or over I can redeem 20% off." She continue to say "well I don't know why it's NOT coming off but it's not coming off."
