Petco

Update dropping to one Star they responded telling me to call that was a waste of time! They told me to call the 800 customer service number that was a waste of time! I had to break down most of my tank to get the dead moss they sold me to stop the high African Chichlid PH from dropping dangerously low!. Be very careful buying from this company especially if they offer a discount they might be selling something that should be in the trash!!! I

Rae W did an amazing job with both of my goldendoodles. One of them is a puppy who had never been groomed before. I can tell Rae is passionate about her job and great with dogs because my girls loved her! Both my pups looked great, and I loved how Rae communicated everything, from the amount of time it would take to everything she was doing throughout the process. I was beyond impressed by Rae’s service.

I travel around a lot for work an have settled in Chisholm for a job . Only been here 2 months an wanted to get my kids a pet. So with a hour drive went to petco , which I figured would have a wide variety selection of caged animals an it was the worst location I have ever been to. I do not recommend going to even buy supplies there. You can supplies cheaper off of Amazon. However when it comes to animals one of the first places you think is petco. Had nothing worth looking at.

the negative: drove an hour to buy fish. got there and had to wait and find someone. after I waited another 30 mins for someone to come help. only to tell me all the fish with the lights out, basically every freshwater tank, the fish are "under observation". I understand it was busy, and even one man off the clock went to try and find someone. there were signs but only on selected tanks. I wish there was another form of letting the public know that you cant buy fish during this point. so triple check with the store before you go if you want to adopt a fish. also, I say this is the negative part, they have everything! limit your money or youll end up spending ding everything you got. but worth it. the positive: they literally had everything I needed and wanted! besides my little misfortun

Went to petco the other day (April 24th) and at first I was pretty excited to go check out the animals there but once I arrived I was actually pretty heart broken when I saw how some of the animals cages were being taken care of... The pictures below are piles of poop in the ferret cage it was all over the cage but i only took pictures of the areas i thought had the most poop.. it stunk so bad to the point I couldn't even go down the aisles around the cage. I managed to get these pictures taken and that was longest I was able to be anywhere near it....
