Well, not the cheapest of pet stores around, the staff is completely wonderful. The incredibly nice lady that I just dealt with at 7: 40pm who handled my return was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I think her name is Aleesha. Fantastic customer service and super pleasant. Based on my dealings with her, I would be happy to come back here again.

I am very happy with the Groomers here. They are Friendly and show Patience with your Pet. They make you feel like your Pet is in Good Hands!..That's one of the main things for me!..I wanna feel like my pet is in Good Hands..when I leave him.10 out of 10 for me.

Our puppy just finished a puppy class taught by Crystal. We truly enjoyed the class and all of the extra tips and hints that Crystal offered us. I am very impressed with how quickly our girl picked things up. I highly recommend this class to anyone with a new puppy.

Mariko does such a great job with SnickleFritz. She comes home from the beauty parlor looking so pretty, with velvet soft fur and smelling great. The entire staff is always so welcoming to us.

Took my dog to the Petco in Dover today for a nail clipping. He is historically a terror for his nail clippings and it can be difficult to get this accomplished. Our appointment was with Rae, who clipped his nails with no drama or stress to the dog. We were very impressed with Rae’s no nonsense, but caring and gentle approach to our dog.
