Petco has everything I need for my two new kittens. “My store” is one-half block from my apartment - a big plus for me. The employees are very friendly, helpful and have great attitudes.

My dog had a great time picking out his treats at the Town & Country Petco! We weighed him at Petco's free scale and found out he lost 2 pounds!

I had a 9:00 AM grooming appointment for my dog and arrived at 8:45 AM as a courtesy to the staff. Upon arrival, a staff member with a pink mohawk acknowledged us through the window and signaled she would be with us in "one minute." We waited for over 10 minutes while she continued to bathe and blow-dry another dog without checking us in or providing further communication. Standing in a waiting area with a three and six-year-old for that length of time is not manageable, especially when our arrival was acknowledged and then ignored. It is poor customer service to leave a client standing indefinitely after telling them you’ll be right with them. We chose to leave before the appointment time due to the lack of respect for our time and the lack of professional check-in procedures. I will not

Absolutely amazing fish section. The saltwater department is the best I’ve seen. They have clownfish, corals, rock, and tons of Coraline algae too. That shows a healthy established reef tank. I will always be buying my supplies plus livestock from here not Gerber‘s not aquatics galore. Petco surprising that a chain store can be better than a smaller store.
