Petco

Staff are very kind and helpful when I come in, but I do not recommend adopting from here. My roommate recently brought home a 3-month-old kitten from this Petco location. At the time of adoption, the kitten had a cloudy, inflamed eye and was sneezing. No illness or contagious condition was disclosed during the adoption process, despite my roommate clearly stating that two other cats already lived in the household. Within days, my roommate’s 1-year-old cat began developing watery, goopy eyes and sneezing. Shortly after that, my 5-month-old kitten—who had previously been perfectly healthy—developed the same symptoms, which quickly escalated. Two days after my kitten’s first sign of illness, she woke up unable to open her right eye due to swelling and thick yellow discharge. Veterinarians

I have had my puppy in dog training with Kirsten here for the last few months and she is absolutely amazing. My baby is on her way to passing her Canine Good Citizenship test all thanks to Kirsten. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Can’t thank Kirsten enough for helping me train my pup! I’m a first time dog owner, and it was so nice to get some guidance on training.

I found out I was being charged on my credit card $10 per month for a club I don’t remember being signed up for. Called customer service to try to resolve and they refused to stop charging card. I shop at Petsmart because of poor quality products I have purchased at Petco . Petsmart is across street strongly recommend doing business there. Do to the lack of concern and refusal to correct issue. I will never shop at petco again! Not sure why the would be willing to loose a customer and accept a bad review instead of resolving issue! Very disappointed! Beware!

I cannot recommend Kirsten enough!!! She has been absolutely incredible! We have taken the one on one class with her and two of the subsequent courses, and she is sooo patient and so kind and relentlessly positive and encouraging and it not only makes it a great learning environment, she makes you WANT to do well. She celebrates even the little wins with you. So amazing. Just an absolutely amazing experience all around. After almost a year of off and on and classes and training I can honestly say without a doubt 110% worth it!! If you're on the fence...don't be. Do it! Sign up for Kirsten's classes, just all of them. You won't regret it. My dog went from a little spring bottomed spaz monkey to chilling at the mall for half an hour while kids screamed and ran around and she just laid there
