The store manager was unwilling to assist or even try calling customer service to help us get a 85.00 refund on our recurring order that was still in its original shipping box. I explained that our beloved dog Nala suddenly passed away and we had no use for a store credit. We had been on recurring orders for almost 6 years and never once returned anything. I asked for the GM and he said he wasn’t there. Zero customer satisfaction. On the other hand, I called customer service myself and they refunded my money immediately and told me to keep the huge bag of food. Thank you customer service.

I am extremely hurt and disappointed by my recent grooming experience at this Petco location, specifically with the groomer, Julius. I asked that my dog be cut low, not shaved down to the point where his skin was exposed. Unfortunately, the result was far beyond what I requested—my dog came home looking severely over-shaved and distressed. What is most upsetting is that my dog has multiple visible cuts across his body. Accidents can happen, but there was no communication or explanation provided to me at pickup. At the very least, I should have been informed if my dog was nicked by the clippers. The lack of transparency made this situation even more painful. I have taken my dog to other Petco grooming locations in the past and have experienced minor nicks before, but never anything close

I know my last order one item was missed I didn't say anything . Later that day it was delivered without me saying a word. Your personnel saw that an item was missing and took care of it . Awesome Petco

I went to the Davie Fl, Petco yesterday before work. I needed a large bag of dry dog food for my fur babies. Delroy was such a giant help picking up the bag, placing it in my cart and since that was all I needed he brought it to the front for me. I paid and he even loaded it into the back of my car. No stress, no struggle my dogs are fed and my back still feels good. Excellent customer service, I will be going back.
