Im a newer fish parent and the individual i spoke to both times have both been astronomically helpful and insightful. I also have a border collie so I get a lot of food, treats, and supplements here and the store is always clean & the associates are always kind. This has been a wonderful store for both of my pet needs ! :)

We found the perfect XSmall collars for our two identical twin kittens. Petco had a 2 pack in red and blue at a good price. This will be perfect to tell our two little boys apart.

Groomer Hailey did my dog so dirty. He is a beautiful goldendoodle who has been getting the same haircut for years. She asked if I wanted it the same length as last time, and I said yes. Instead of doing what I asked for, they totally shaved him. Face, tail, eyelashes, everything. He has nothing left. He literally looks like a naked mole rat. And on top of that, it is not even a good shave job. It is choppy and uneven all over. We also discovered later that the inside of his ear was cut during the grooming. My doodle was in desperate need of a groom. He’s never had a professional groom before and recently his hair was shaved and it was uneven. I brought him to Trish and she was amazing! She was sweet and patient with Asher. She did exactly what Asher needed without shaving him to the skin! This my was super anxious but was eased when I picked him up and it was everything we could have asked for! Asher loved the staff! Thank you so much for making my baby all cute!

The staff is always amazing laughing at jokes when even just sharing basic information. I went in there right before a job interview and got a cute cute little outfit for my Wednesday doggy was on sale the clientele that they draw in is so polite and so friendly hands down one of the best experiences of my day that day
