Wonderful caring staff!! We’ve been long time patients of Dr Saylor since her early days. I love her and her staff (vet tech Brooke has moved with her that says a lot). My dogs (numerous over the years) have seen her and absolutely love her and the staff too!! They explain things always and will give price quotes as well. They always check on my dogs after every visit and surgery. Very knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed seeing Dr Saylor neither will your animals!! I’d give Dr Saylor and her staff 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!! My brown and black mix dog Nemo was surrendered to Dr Saylor who treated him for 2 infected eyes (1 which he lost sight in) heartworms and also to have him neuter. All on her time and the vets dime. Dr. Saylor and her entire team are always the kindest, most compassionate individuals you will ever meet. They care deeply for each and every one of my pets and are so attentive to every concern. They go out of their way to ensure that every question is answered and your pet’s health is their top priority. Cannot say enough good things about this team!

Overall very personal staff. The doctor actually listens to you about the symptoms your dog has and works with you to find the issue (my dog not so easy). I brought Fergie in with multiple symptoms and we were able to pin down what the ultimate problem was. I think sometimes people forget it is not like a dog can tell all what their feeling, some dogs mask the root of their issue and you have to dig in to find out what is really going on and yes sometimes it takes multiple visits to ultimately solve the puzzle. This facility is caring and patient to not just rushing you in an out!

I have brought my Australian Shepherd here for grooming with Alicia multiple times and will keep coming back! My boy requires a lot of grooming care - bathing, deshedding, and trims. Not only does Alicia do a great job and make him look super handsome, but he's always so happy when I pick him up. I KNOW she treats him like he's her own!!! The price point and ease of communication is just a plus to the great service.

Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.... I know she's a dog but she is family. I had been going to another clinic in Covington- the humane society... and my dog was experiencing distress in her breathing and had thick saliva ..almost frothy-like. I considered this an emergency because it looked "bad," the dog is breathing different and the doggy day care thought it was important enough to call me and suggested I come pick her up (during my work)... This to me was a situation where the adults that knew my dog the best .. knew something was wrong. I immediately called the Humane Society and told them the details of my dog's health scare in detail as I have described above.. they couldn't see her for 3 days!!
