Cookie is so happy as I was able to purchase her favorite salmon jerky stick treats....they are hard to find and I normally have to order online, but Petco always comes through and Cookie is happy.

UPDATE: In a very odd turn of events, as I was setting up an appointment at a completely different place, elsewhere, so not with Petco, I remembered yesterday I had set up another appointment at a more local PetCo store to myself (so that lets you know I'd gone out of my way to go to this store in the first place) that I now needed to cancel. So imagine my surprise when I log into my account to cancel the appointment and a banner across the top of my grooming appointments says that I now can no longer make appointments online. I have to call in.... I've never seen that before. I've never had a successful appointment here for my dog, and this only seems to have shown up after my unfortunately unnecessary phone call ordeal yesterday. I took my pup to Petco Grooming Dept yesterday and told the groomer Ashley how I wanted my pup groomed . Nothing that I said was taken into consideration round face and a slightly short cut and not to cut her eye lashes. Well upon picking my pup up I couldn’t recognize her I said who is this? I was told by her disrespectful self that I can go somewhere else and should couldn’t groom her face correctly. Of course she would say that once I paid 106.98 . How dare you just do whatever you want to my dog whom is in a Wedding this weekend. I’m totally disappointed in Petco and this groomer. Store quality has improved greatly over the past 6-12 months. Subsequent to the improvement overall, the customer service is improved as well as the selection of products. Great job. I couldn’t pass up the chance to leave a POSITIVE review. Still could be better, but hey, who/what/where is perfect?!! Kudos to management and staff.

The staff in this establishment frequently engage in playful behavior, and there is a very strong odor of marijuana to the extent that it hampers breathing. Additionally, the premises are poorly maintained, with items carelessly scattered across the floor rather than stored adequately on shelves.
