Muddy Paws Pet Center

I brought my dog here for boarding awhile ago and have not returned. The dogs are kept separate in their own individual cages. No blankets or dog beds allowed. Just the cold concrete. The dogs are also let out to be walked in another cage like area with no grass!!! They poop on concrete!! The dogs bark nonstop because they are not happy. My baby was eager to leave and we will never be back. When I called to check on my baby the attendant told me she hadn’t been eating her food! It’s almost like a jail for dogs. They also get a wash outside!! Before they go home. If you are in a time crunch, look for other options.

I had a very troubling experience at Muddy Paws in Clinton, Md. The owner was extremely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I brought my dog in for grooming early in the morning, and she was already visibly flustered at 8:00 AM. When she put the leash on my dog, it was so tight that he began choking. I immediately told her, “You’re choking him,” and she responded, “I know,” without adjusting the leash or showing any concern. Her attitude and lack of care were shocking. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers—or their pets—with basic respect or compassion. If this is how she behaves in front of an owner, I can only imagine how animals are handled in the back where no one can see. This experience left me deeply concerned and disappo

First time user for 1 week during memorial day and Paula was very inviting,professional and very friendly. Clean facilities and walk you threw the process. In trusted Muddy Paws with my two fur babies and will be returning for kennel use or grooming.

I really appreciate Muddy Paws! My pup loves her stays. The kennels are heated, and the boarding prices are very reasonable. Muddy Paws also has great aromatic candles & other pup related items for sale in the cozy reception area 🐕🐾
