Petco

I wish I could put a zero. I've never seen people sooo unhelpful. Another petco sent me here. I have pea puffers which eat pest snails. Petco always tells me they are happy to "donate" them to me. Im more than willing to pay for them but there's no sku or way to ring up. The other petcos tells me I help by taking these snails because they invade their tanks and they put their inventory on live animals way higher than they should be. Anyway... I walked in and the woman manager said good afternoon, I thought she was nice. I made my way to the fish dept and patiently waited in line where John told me (without looking) that he wasnt sure if they had pest snails. I said oh, ill show you where, I've counted 14. He again said "yeah, but im not sure we have any." I knew I wasnt getting anywhere s

I enjoy shopping at Petco carle place. The store manager is really nice. Mark the dog trainer is always so friendly and great at training the dogs. The store always looks fresh w new merchandise. The cashiers are very knowledgable with the app and help with figuring out your rewards for your purchase. The Vet day was very organized and better than I expected. My dog was well taken care of. Their store hours are good and it’s so easy to park in front of store.

Nice pet store and I was lucky they had a cat adoption day!!

The customer service here needs a lot of work. Their grooming requirements weren't clear, and the groomer did little to explain the policy and requirements for a simple nail trim. She was rude and condescending even when we showed her what she asked for. We went to a different location that explained things clearly, and we were able to get my puppys nails clipped without hassle. Overall, this location's services needs a lot more work and better care and consideration in understanding the needs of their customers.

Would have been 2 stars but the sales associate was nice. The location was a little confusing and there were no employees on the flood to assist. Nice collection of fishes but that is really it. It would be great for staff members to be walking around to provide customer service.
